Service Agreement

By contacting TM Handyman Service for work, you agree to the terms outlined in our written estimate. All work is subject to a written agreement before commencement.

Warranty

TM Handyman Service provides a 1-year warranty on all labor performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project estimate. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment.
